Receiving and First Touch for U-10 Players
Price: free sample
Drills give players lots of touches and experience with different methods of receiving ground balls (inside of foot, outside of foot, across body, through legs, etc.). Creative games stress the importance of a good first touch. Players learn to receive the ball in a way that either relieves pressure or puts them in a positive position to pass or go towards goal.

Through playing a series of 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 games, players learn to enjoy and exploit 1 vs. 1 situations, especially near goal.
